Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Standard MOQ is 1000 pcs per model. Repeat orders or specific SKUs may be negotiated.
Q: Can I order samples?
A: Yes. Sample fees apply but are deductible from your first bulk order.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: 30-45 days for mass production after sample approval. Sample lead time is 7-15 days.
Q: Can I mix models in one order?
A: Yes, as long as each model meets the 1000 pcs MOQ.

Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: Air freight (DHL / FedEx / UPS), sea freight (FCL / LCL), rail (to Europe). Air takes 7-10 days; sea takes 25-35 days.
Q: Do you handle customs clearance?
A: We provide standard export documents (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin). DDP shipping available for selected destinations.
Q: Can you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses?
A: Yes, we have experience shipping to FBA in US, EU, JP. We can label and pack per FBA requirements.

A: T/T (bank wire transfer), PayPal (for samples only).

A: New partners: T/T 50% deposit, 50% before shipment.
Q: Are samples free?
A: Sample fees depend on the model. Typically refunded upon bulk order confirmation.

Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes. We provide logo printing, packaging customization, color matching, and (for supported models) firmware customization.
Q: What is the OEM MOQ?
A: 1,000 pcs per SKU for OEM with custom packaging. 3,000 pcs for firmware or hardware modifications.
Q: Can I get a custom Bluetooth name and EQ preset?
A: Yes, on supported models. Contact our BD team for details.
📜 Warranty & After-Sales
Q: What is the warranty period?
A: 12 months from the date of delivery. Manufacturing defects are covered.
Q: How do I handle defective products?
A: We provide replacement units for confirmed manufacturing defects within the warranty period. Buyers cover return shipping;
Q: Do you provide repair service?
A: Yes. Out-of-warranty repairs can be arranged through our Shenzhen service center with parts availability up to 1 years post-launch.
